Transactions

Over the past two years, Otranto has been involved in a number of significant transactions including the acquisition of a 1 billion tonne coking coal deposit, a $60 million equity raising and several IPOs.

In addition, Otranto is presently involved in the acquisition of a 750,000ha forestry licence, the acquisition of a substantial industrial mineral project, financing the construction of a 1 million tpa cement plant (we have already obtained a commitment for €200 million of debt) and financing the development of several gold mining operations.

There are also several other transactions that Otranto is contemplating its involvement, including the acquisition of several substantial iron ore deposits and the acquisition of an energy project.
